CAVEMODE is having a contest to establish a new logo build for the demo reel. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to CAVEMODE and share your work with the group. The leadership team will judge anonymous entries to determine the winner. This will be a great chance to have friendly competition among artists in town and show off your work. The winner will have their animation used at the front and end of the CAVEMODE demo reel. A prize pack will be awarded to the winner. Finalist entries will be shown at the July CAVEMODE meeting.

Submission Details

All entries must incorporate the CAVEMODE logo. This will be used as an opening for the demo reel so the logo should establish itself quickly enough to read it before the end of the piece. Entries will be judged on overall design, creativity, and execution.

Size: 1280×720

Length: 5 second build plus 2 second pad (the logo holding on the end to allow to read before cutting to the next shot)

Frame Rate: 30 or 60 fps

Acceptable Delivery Formats:

ProRes 422 (preferred)
Lossless Animation
PNG Image Sequence

Files may be dropped off on physical media to Edit at Joes, Attn: Byron Nash
