WSOC/WAXN TV, the Cox owned ABC Affiliate in Charlotte, NC is looking for a hot-
shot editor and motion-graphics designer to join its award winning Creative Services Team.

Applicants must be a non-linear editing wizard, preferably AVID and Adobe Premiere with

exceptional After Effects skills. This creative individual will be responsible for creating slick,

compelling, and visually stimulating promos for station image, series, news, weather and

digital image as well as a host of other projects. We want someone with a solid background in

motion-graphic design. This is not a position for beginners or for those who use preset effects

in After Effects! In addition to your creative prowess, you’ll need excellent verbal and written

communication skills along with the ability to work with multiple departments on multiple

assignments in a fast paced environment. Minimum three years experience in After Effects is

required and applicant needs to be proficient on both the Mac and PC platform along with having
